Student Engagement

We understand that increased cocurricular engagement leads to higher levels of student persistence and achievement. Our office creates opportunities for students to connect with each other, develop leadership skills, and navigate their own experiences.  As the hub for engagement on campus, we provide accessible and equitable social and educational programs, and leadership positions that empower learners to thrive in their academic, personal, and professional lives.

Basic Needs

We recognize that systemic economic inequity creates barriers to students’ full participation and success in their education. Through campus collaborations and community referrals, we serve as the Single Point of Contact for students experiencing basic needs insecurities. By providing resources and support to those in need, our office delivers critical services that address food, housing, and transportation insecurities so students can focus on being successful at Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ and beyond.

Career Services

We understand that the creation of career plans directly contributes to individuals achieving their professional goals. Through individualized counseling, workshops, and career and opportunity programming, we educate and advise students and alumni on how to effectively translate their education into fulfilling professional experiences.  By cultivating partnerships with employers and providing strategies to search for jobs and opportunities, we support the development of professional skills for career success.
